Image, Flash and HTML5 Banner Ad Design Service

About Bannermation

We’re passionate about creating amazing static, animated and rich media banner ads – it’s all we do! Simply send us a brief, or ask us to put some ideas together for you; we pride ourselves in offering a highly creative, personal service to digital marketing agencies and companies across the UK.

Bannermation was set up by Ed Deane, in response to a demand from marketing agencies for an outsourced creative. He has a passion for producing quality banners and has lived and breathed design for over 15 years. Ed truly understands the requirements of a busy marketing agency, having worked in agencies and alongside marketing departments in larger corporations.

What We Do

At Bannermation, it’s all about the banner ad. Be it an Image, Flash or HTML5 digital advert; brief interpretation, consultation, design & developing is all part of our process. Provide us with a brief and we’ll run with it, or talk through your vision and we’ll come up with a unique concept.

Non-Animated Banners

Static banners are non-animated and can be viewed on all browsers. Clients often ask us to create Static banners as a fall-back for HTML5 and Flash banner ads. We can also provide Image ads, as either a Jpeg or PNG image.

Flash Banners

Animated Banners

The original animated banners, Flash ads are a good choice for desktop-only campaigns. However, as they don’t work on mobile browsers, we recommend using HTML5 for all-round coverage.

Our Work

At Bannermation we understand that things are rarely black and white and that every campaign and every brief is unique. We work with a wide range of companies providing specialised banner advertising design. Take a look at some of our case studies.

Luxury Car Services

Luxury Car Services are one of the UK’s leading executive and super car rental companies. We were asked to design a number of display ads and re-marketing campaigns, including A/B campaigns which were run for split testing. Car model-specific versus brand message banner ads were designed and run to see which one performed better. This gave the marketing department insight into which key message, design element and call-to-action was most effective.

Go Skydive

Go Skydive are the UK’s premier tandem skydive specialists. We created a bespoke solution which converted existing video footage into short animated HTML5 and Flash video ads. These ads really have the wow factor and give viewers a small slice of the skydive action.

Ask About Mortgages

Ask About Mortgages are a ‘whole of market’ independent mortgage brokerage who pride themselves on finding the right mortgage for the customer, not necessarily the one which would provide the best commission. Using a purely typographic route and pure brand colours, the result was an ad campaign that clearly punched out its message.
